one step forward, two steps back

As usual, things have gone to hell in a handcart and diet and exercise are at the bottom of the list. Although I haven't been doing too bad on the eating front, the exercise front stinks. I've gone walking for an hour a whopping big one time. I was down to 198 and over my cousin's long wedding weekend, gained back up to 206. Four days of beer drinking will do that. Ugh. I'm back down to 203 and hopefully in a few days will be back down to 198. I plan on walking Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Fri every week. Friday will probably fall by the wayside most weeks, but 3 days of walking is better than none.
